Announces Enhanced Collaborative Intelligence Engine Release

11/13/08 - Washington, DC...ynSyte, the world leader and pioneer in web-based knowledge chain management announced today the acquisition of WebIQ, the global leader in internet-based collaborative decision-making technology and an immediate $1mm investment in an upgrade of WebIQ's proprietary next generation collaborative intelligence technology.

Industry Giant Bejarano joining ynSyte

Caporaso also announced that as part of the acquisition Ray Bejarano, WebIQ's Vice President of Operations will be joining ynSyte in a similar capacity. Bejarano is recognized worldwide as one of the innovative originators in the use of collaborative decision technology and as well as a creative force in the development of industry specific templates. July 2010 Introduction of WIQ 1.0 Announced

In making the acquisition, ynSyte also announced the July, 2010 introduction of WIQ 1.0, the world's most powerful network collaborative decision software. Caporaso said that more information would soon be released on WIQ 1.0 as well as another acquisition that is in the works.

ynSyte's world headquarters is in Alexandria, Virginia. ynSyte was created to provide clients with an engine to drive collective and collaborative intelligence, collaborative decision-making and the exchange of strategically relevant knowledge.
